- 90 minute Technical Interview - conversation with our tech team about tools, techniques and best practices
- Take Home Assignment - maximum 3 hours, done on your own time, on a project designed to emulate what actual day to day work is like at $MyCompany
- 30 minute Executive Call - chance to chat with an executive at $MyCompany about our future and vision
- Reference Checks - Our team will conduct three 5-10 minute calls with references you provide

INTERVIEWING LOGISTICS
After your phone screen you'll receive an email from us with links to schedule all of the remaining steps of our interview process at the same time. This is done to keep our process moving quickly, our goal is to go from application to decision in under 10 business days.
We also strive to minimize unconscious bias in our hiring process, and so all interviews have a dedicated note taker and the notes are ultimately scored against a rubric so every candidate is given an equal opportunity to demonstrate their skills and experience. If, after an interview, the scores come back and do not meet a threshold to continue, out of respect for your time, we'll notify you immediately and pause the interview process at that time.
