Once camp time is set, any late pick ups will be charged at a cost of $1 per minute.

Parents are required to inform Heather of any special circumstances that affect the child's ability to participate fully within the guidelines of acceptable behavior, such as: serious behavioral problems, special circumstances regarding psychological, medical, or physical conditions.

Children shall dress appropriately for the daily activities. Shorts and a  light weight shirt or top, athletic shoes or closed toed shoes are recommended for recess time & violin class. (We may also do some painting and have small smocks.. wear old clothes if worried about paint).

Personal belongings must be labeled. Please do not bring extra toys. Children are responsible for their belongings.

Spray sunscreen and spray insect repellent is recommended but not required. Please apply light sunscreen and repellent prior to camp. Children may bring and only apply on themselves as staff members are not permitted to do so. Please do not share products with other children.

In the event that the child is not behaving, they will be corrected by Heather (Queen City Suzuki Violin) with a verbal warning, second strike will be an incident report, and third strike they will not be able to come back to camp.

The parent is responsible for any damaged property that occurs from a student. Whether that is in the studio, outside the studio (in a neighbors yard), or at Tom Sykes Rec Center. As well as any damage to instruments and teaching materials. Damage to property will result in immediate dismissal from camp, especially if it is to a neighbor' house or yard.

Please bring a bag lunch, snack, and water bottle each day. Must be peanut free. (sunflower butter seems to be the best neutral option for pb & j)

I (parent) hereby assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of activities at Queen City Suzuki Violin Summer Camp and that no insurance coverage for participants in these activities is provided by Queen City Suzuki Violin.
