2026-2027 Schedule Change Request Form
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The following form may be used to request ELECTIVE CHANGES to your schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.  For any other scheduling concerns (missing/duplicate class periods, request to change core class, etc.), please contact your counselor directly.  You may only submit this form once, so be sure to review your selections before you submit your response.  Submission of this form does not guarantee you will receive your requested change.

Elective changes are subject to availability, teacher approval, and counselor approval.  Change requests WILL NOT be approved for lunch changes, class period changes, and/or teacher changes.  Certain electives are restricted to specific class periods.  If the change you want does not fit or conflicts with your schedule, your request will not be processed and your schedule will remain as is.  If you are selecting a class that requires teacher approval, the teacher of that class must email the counselor directly to approve the change.
