Hall Rental - Single Event
This form will allow us to provide you with the best information on hall availability, pricing, and options. It is for single event rentals, even if you have been with us before. If you are looking for a recurring rental or a block of rentals, please use the Hall Rental - Recurring Event form.

Do you need to use a kitchen?
Yes. We will be bringing in and preparing all the food for our event in your kitchen. We need everything, like the fridge, ovens, freezer, etc.
We/the caterer will just need a place to put things together and keep things cool.
No. We do not need use of the kitchen.
What day are you looking for?
Is there any flexibility to that date?
No. It has to be that day.
We can change it to a different week, but it has to be this same day of the week.
Any day around there will work.
What time do you want your booking to start? Please note that you need to include your setup time here if any is needed.
For how many hours do you need the hall? Don't forget setup and take down time as these are not automatically included in your booking. This is a very important bit of info for your quote, best to be as accurate as possible.

Set up plans and basic cleanup - (e.g. tables, chairs, etc.) * (Note: Additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the type of event and number of attendees.)

We will be having a professional DJ come in, and they will have their own equipment.
Someone in our group will be handling the music using the hall's sound system.
A live band will be providing music.
