Local Sign Up: Monday Oct 19- Friday Oct 23 Nonviolence in Action
As the World Zionist Congress convenes in Jerusalem and the attention of the global Jewish community is focused on Israel, we will convene Nonviolence in Action to highlight the injustices of the Israeli occupation of the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza.

The Center for Jewish Nonviolence is planning a week of Nonviolence in Action where Jews from around the world will partner with Palestinians and Israelis working nonviolently to end the occupation.  We will also build meaningful relationships with other Jews who urgently want to see an end to the occupation and the violence that comes with it.



We invite you to be part of the activism! Please indicate below which day or days you can join us.

SCHEDULE:

MONDAY- Susiya & South Hebron Hills

Bus pick up: 1:00pm Binyenei HaUma
                   1:30pm Gan HaPaamon

Lunch not included. Return to Jerusalem at 6pm.

TUESDAY- Flyering and Filming at World Zionist Conference

7:00am-8:00am Binyenei HaUma

WEDNESDAY- Flyering and Filming at World Zionist Conference

7:00am-8:00am Binyenei HaUma

1pm East Jerusalem: visit to Palestinians threatened with eviction

THURSDAY- Susiya & South Hebron Hills

Bus pick up (morning): 8:30am Binyenei HaUma
                                  9:00am Gan HaPaamon

Lunch and dinner provided.* Return to Jerusalem at 8pm.

Bus pick up (afternoon): 12:30pm Binyenei HaUma
                                    1:00am Gan HaPaamon

Dinner provided.* Return to Jerusalem at 8pm.

FRIDAY- 2 options

> Tent of Nations/Olive Harvest

Bus pick up: 9:00am Binyenei HaUma
                   9:30am Gan HaPaamon

Lunch available. Return to Jerusalem at 4:00pm.

Suggested transportation cost per day (to and from Jerusalem): 40NIS
Suggested lunch cost (Thurs, Fri) per meal : 50NIS
Suggested dinner cost (Thurs): 50NIS

We'll collect payment on the bus.  No one will be turned away for financial reasons.
