Assuming that the final offer by GIPSA is 14% without any other allowances, whether the same should be accepted?

14% without technical allowances but ensure immediate notification.

14% with technical allowances in core notification otherwise reject it and continue struggle.

Accept 14 % and ensure immediate notification and later ensure for Technical qualification allowance at GIPSA level while finalising Non Core benefits.

Nothing less than parity with LIC, I am ready for struggle.
