Resting heart rate in beats per minute (bpm)
To measure your Resting Heart Rate ( RHR), count your heart beats first thing when you wake up. Start counting from zero and do this for 30 seconds. Multiply that number by 2 to get your RHR per minute. Alternatively use online free Heart Rate apps like "Instant Heart Rate" app in Apple Store or Google Play app store
