Hillview Paperless Mailer Option 2017-18
In the past, Hillview has been very intentional about sending physical mailings home via USPS. It is easy for things to become lost in an in-box of email, so we have previously sent our annual Summer Mailer, Important Announcements/Reminders of Back-To-School-Night & Open House, Report Cards, and so on as hard copies. In this way, important information that we wish to share with you gets your attention. Last year, however, we piloted a "paperless" mailer option. We would like to continue our efforts to go paperless this coming year.

If you commit to fully reading all emails from the district designated "MAILER" in the subject line, please sign up for the paperless option here. By selecting "Yes, Sign me up for Paperless Mail Notifications", a family can opt in to our Paperless Mailings to be more environmentally conscious and help save the cost associated with a paper mailing.

We will begin preparing the mailer on Tuesday, August 8, so please sign up by Monday, August 7. Any family who does not opt in by this time will receive the physical Summer Mailer. If you would like to opt in later in the year, you may at any time sign up for the Paperless Mail Notifications.

Contacts 1 and 2 in PowerSchool will receive the Paperless Mailer. If you would like to add additional emails, please enter them in the section provided.
