Edcamp Survey
You are invited to participate in a study concerning educator participation in Edcamps via this short 5-10 minute survey. Your participation will provide insights concerning the motivations of participants, and their perceptions of the benefits, challenges, and outcomes of the experience. You are a possible participant because of your registration for an Edcamp. It is not required that you take part in this study.

There are no known risks, discomforts, or inconveniences anticipated from your participation in this study. Your identity will remain confidential in the publication of study results. This survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes. At the end of this survey, you can volunteer to be interviewed about your Edcamp experience; otherwise, responses to this survey are anonymous. If you do volunteer to be interview, you will be assigned a pseudonym so that you will not be personally identifiable in any presentation or articles that result from this research.

Participation in this study is entirely voluntary. You may stop at any time. You may consider printing a copy of the consent page for your records.
