QSM Software Registration and Download
MEDI toolbox implements the following pipeline of QSM processing complex gradient echo data QSM (de Rochefort L, et al, MRM 2010; 63:194-206): input magnitude and phase data, generate field map and further tissue field, generate summary magnitude image and further tissue edge info, and infer susceptibility map from tissue field and tissue edge info. The algorithm steps in MEDI are detailed in two review papers (Wang Y, Liu T. MRM 2015; 73:82-101. Kee Y, et al, IEEE TBME 2017; 64:2531-2545).
