Tamōx Talōm Food Forest Community Survey
We are conducting this survey to gauge interest and build community involvement in a community food forest project in Padre Park. Very little about the design of the food forest has been decided. We are eager to engage as much of the local community as possible to make sure the space is shaped by you, for you!

What is your zip code? *
A Food Forest is a community space planted with fruit trees, nuts, and other useful plants. In what ways could a space like this be valuable for the community?
What are your past experiences at Padre Park, if any? What would you like to see there in the future? *
Please select any crops that you might be interested in growing at Padre Park. Check all that apply and provide any recommendations you can think of.
Are there other amenities you would like to have in the space? Check all that apply!
Are you interested in working with us on project planning and design? We currently have a Community Engagement Committee, which works to include community in the planning process, and a Design committee,  which will design the space.  Alternatively, would you prefer to help in ways besides committee participation, such as sponsorships? Select any option that interests you!
Would you be interested in volunteering as the project is built and as crops are harvested? *
Do you have any other questions, concerns, or recommendations for the community members planning the project?
For future outreach, would you like us to contact you with project progress updates and scheduling information for committee meetings and community events? *
Do you know anyone else who might be interested in the project? If so, please leave us their name and a good way to contact.
