Option for official communication
In 2018, in keeping our commitment to avoid waste and conserve of resources, UUFM bylaws were revised to allow email (rather than US Postal Service) for official communication to members.
To ensure that all members continue to receive any official notices, we maintain the option for members to choose US Mail as their preferred medium.

UUFM Legacy Society
In 2017, the Unitarian Universalist Association launched an effort to encourage planned giving by providing a 10% matching grants to congregations. The security and long-term financial health of the congregation depends on continued funding through lean times. Although the matching grant is exhausted, we continue to believe in and encourage planned giving as a way to ensure a legacy into the future for our congregations. Members and friends who choose to designate UUFM in their estate planning are invited to join our Legacy Society. Members are recognized on a plaque visible in our entrance area.

Pledging Time & Talent
The life of the congregation depends on the participation of all its members, in the ways that are most beneficial to all of the members as individuals. There is always work that needs to be done, and too often we depend on too few of our most visible volunteers. The areas that need support often are not evident, and there may not be a list on hand for recruitment of volunteers. Please consider the ways in which you would like to offer time & talent in support of UUFM programs. Below is a list of just a few of the areas in need of participation.
