Thank you for your interest in the 2020 Synergist Mentorship Program, sponsored by Three Cairns Group! The program is focused on providing an external support network and fostering a community of women's mentorship across a variety of buyside firms / levels of seniority.

The program is designed for NYC-based women who are currently investment professionals at at a PE / growth equity / VC firm, as well as women who have secured an offer to join this type of firm next year. Mentors will be paired based on levels of seniority.

The program will run from January - April and is designed to be a manageable time commitment. Via email, mentees will be paired with a new mentor each month. Mentees will be responsible for reaching out to their assigned mentor to self-schedule a coffee chat or phone call within that month. There will be 3 pairings across the program, giving mentors and mentees an opportunity to connect with women from different firms / investment focus areas.

Apart from the 1x1 coffees, there are 3 fully-sponsored events scheduled to bring all mentorship program participants together, which include a kick-off cocktail event at the Smith in Midtown, an executive coaching event, and a closing breakfast with Pat Hedley (author of Meet 100 People and former MD at General Atlantic) at the Harvard Club.
