I acknowledge that the approval of the submitted request will be at the sole discretion of the Kuleana Club Association and VRI. If approved, instructions on how to complete the request will be sent to the e-mail address listed.

I acknowledge that the approval of this request may result in additional fees assessed to my owner account(s). Failure to pay these additional fees may result in the cancelation of this and future reservations, additional collection fees, and the denial of future change requests.

I acknowledge that the approval of this request may be rescinded at any point without notice, at which point any additional fees collected will be refunded.

By submitting this request, I agree to relinquish all usage rights to the my owned interval(s) listed in exchange for all/part of the granted request upon confirmation from the Kuleana Club/VRI.
