2024-2025 Phenix City Schools Request for Transfer
Phenix City Schools' is no longer accepting out-of-district or in-district transfer requests for the 2024-2025 school year.
The Transfer Request Form may re-open in late fall for second-semester requests as space permits.
Please contact the Assistant Superintendent, Mr. Nathan Walters (nwalters@pcboe.net), for hardship transfer requests for the current school year.
Formal documentation of hardship reasoning must be provided in the email request along with the scholar's full name, date of birth, current grade level, current school and system of enrollment. A written narrative is not sufficient documentation. Extenuating (hardship) circumstances may include: a documented medical condition that prevents the current school from being able to serve the student; a court ordered transfer; police documentation of school safety issues impacting the student requesting the transfer; documented cases of excessive bullying or intolerable situations.
