For ease, we call it ground beef, but in reality it's ground steak!
We use the whole cow in making our ground beef, so you're getting all the cuts, lending to a great flavor and texture! All natural, meaning no growth hormones or routine antibiotics. Cattle graze all summer and fall on grass pastures, then eat our home-raised alfalfa/grass hay blend and our barley/oat/pea hay blend in the winter and spring. We handle them using low-stress methods, and always ensure they have plenty of access to clean water as well as room to roam and play. Because happy cows= healthy beef!
