PPA School Meal Order Form
We are excited to announce Patriot received approval from ODE to offer Free Breakfast and Lunch to ALL students for the 2020-2021 school year! This is a temporary opportunity for this school year based on the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) funding and waivers, allowing PPA to offer meals at no charge to all K-12 students whether they are participating in the Hybrid or 100% Online Learning models.

Hybrid students should pick up their meals from the cafeteria before leaving for their remote days (Tuesday or Friday). Online students will need to pick up their meals on Wednesdays between 11am-1pm.

Most Hybrid students will receive 3 breakfasts & 3 lunches for the days they are not at school. If your child is receiving additional services (IEP/ELL) in the school on a third day of the week, they will only receive 2 breakfasts & 2 lunches. Meals are based on the requirements of the National School Lunch Program. The menus will be available on our school website at www.patriotprep.com/foodservice1.aspx

Ordering through this form is required to secure your children's meals during remote learning. You only need to submit the order once and it will automatically process each week. New orders must be received by 8am on Monday. Any orders placed after 8am on Monday will take effect the following week.
