Mixers, Ribbon Cutting or Ground Breaking Request

  1. Only Current Members may request mixers, ribbon cuttings or ground breaking events (your membership investment must be current) 
  2. Mixers, Ribbon Cutting/Ground Breaking Request Forms must be submitted to the Chamber (marketing@sanbenitocountychamber.com) 4-6 weeks prior to the date of your Mixer or ribbon cutting. This allows for maximum event exposure 
  3. Chamber Board and staff must review and approve your date request. 
  4.  You will be notified to confirm your event. 
  5. In the event that you need to reschedule- A $100.00 fee will apply for each "reschedule date".
  6. Chamber Will create a calendar reminder for Chamber team and hosting location. 
  7.  Chamber will invite chamber members and local elected officials of the event location district
  8. A Chamber representative (staff, ambassador or Board member) will arrive at least 15 minutes before the actual Mixer/ Ribbon Cutting / ground breaking Ceremony and will bring our scissors and ribbon or hard hats and 3 gold shovels. The Chamber representative will welcome the group, orchestrate the ribbon cutting or ground breaking, and then have the host say a few words
  9. Post event: Your Mixer/Ribbon cutting /Ground breaking photos and Company name will be featured in our next Business Advocacy eNewsletter, and posted to Facebook and Instagram
