Test to Perform *

Check the overall appearance, can not have flaws, can not have missing bolts. 检查全部外观，不能有瑕疵，不能有螺栓遗漏。

No gaps between the sealing rings can be seen between the parts, and there must be no defects on the surface of the parts. 零件之间不能看到密封圈的间隙，且零件表面不能有瑕疵。

All bolts must be fastened with thread glue, and some bolts must be added with spring washers or flat washers. 所有螺栓都要用螺纹紧固胶，部分螺栓要加弹垫或平垫。

Check if the Saw-blade gripping function is qualified: it can be easily loaded in, cannot be pulled out when the plastic shell is not twisted, and after twisting it can be easily pulled out. 检查锯片夹持功能是否合格：能容易的装进去，在不扭转塑料壳时不能拔出来，且扭转塑料壳后能拔出来视为合格。

Check the Oring in air tap，is deformed and beyond the air tap. 检查气嘴的密封圈是否变形超出气嘴。

Check whether the switch can be pulled out and reset smoothly. 检查开关能不能顺利的拉出和复位。

The glue that connect the connector and basement should be smooth, and the surface of glue should be just flush with the connector surface. There can be no trace of residual glue in other places. Check whether the tool joint is abnormal. Pins that are black or damaged are not qualified. 底座打胶要光滑，胶的表面应刚好和接头平面齐平，其它地方不能有残留的打胶痕迹。检查工具接头有无异常，插针发黑、破损的不合格。

Open / close the battery repeatedly. Make sure you can easily open and lock, the buckle will not break. 反复打开/扣上电池。确保能够轻易的打开和锁上，卡扣不会断裂。

Make sure that the power switch has a speed regulation function. As the switch pull-out length increases, the speed increases. Make sure that there is no idling of the motor and the chuck does not move. 确保电源开关具有调速功能。随着开关拉出长度的增加而速度增加。确保不会出现电机空转，而夹头不动的情况。
