Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for one or more of The GROW Conferences happening in 2026. Due to limited space, priority will be given to women-owned businesses and businesses serving women.

VENDOR FEE BREAKDOWN (PER CONFERENCE):

• Solopreneur: $200 (for those who operate and manage a business on their own without employees)
• Vendor Booth - One Attendee: $250 (for small to large companies who wish to have one representative at the conference)
• Vendor Booth - Two Attendees: $300 (for small to large companies who wish to have two representatives at the conference)

CONFERENCE DATES & LOCATIONS:

• The GROW Conference - Ft. Wayne -- Parkview Mirro Center. Tuesday, April 7th 7:45am-4:30pm
• The GROW Conference - Anderson -- The Flagship Enterprise Center. September 17th, 7:45am-4:30pm
• The GROW Fashion Show - Muncie -- Canan Commons. Friday, May 29th 
• Indiana Chamber Women's Collaborative (Conference in partnership with the Indiana Chamber of Commerce) -- The Indiana Convention Center, August 27th, 8am-5pm

ALL VENDORS RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Booth space with complimentary Wifi access on a shared network

2. Full conference attendance including keynote, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and meals

3. Dedicated Vendor Booth time during the conference for maximum time spent with attendees

Vendor fees must be paid in full and vendor contract must be signed.  If fee is not paid and contract is not signed by the date provided in the contract, the vendor spot will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for vendor fees once your spot has been reserved.
