Noticing and Naming: Teacher and coach focus on how the students are demonstrating thier current understanding in relation to the learning targets.

Thinking Aloud: Teacher and coach share their thoughts throughout the delivery of a lesson.

Teaching in Tandem: Teacher and coach work together to co-deliver the lesson. Roles and learning targets will be clearly defined.

Co-Conferring: Teacher and coach sit side by side and confer with students to create a shared understanding of how the students are doing and next steps.
