She has experience supporting families with children with ADHD and special educational needs since 2013 and has conducted numerous workshops with parents and educators on understanding and managing ADHD learners. Tina is also an accredited Triple P Trainer with the Ministry of Social and Family Development since 2015 and has conducted parent seminars and parent consultations under this program. Tina has conducted workshops for church children's ministry volunteers since 2021. Together with her husband Frankie, they mentor many young couples, men's groups and women in their faith journeys. She is a mother of 3 boys aged 22, 21 and 16.

Tina is also an active volunteer, serving with SPARK, a charity supporting ADHD families, as well as being a COMPASS Council member under the Ministry of Education, supporting school parent support groups. She is currently catalysing the formation of school-based parent peer support groups for parents whose children have ADHD, SEN or challenging behaviour.

She is a founding member of SGFamilies, a ground up movement supporting parents. Tina facilitates a monthly online support group for parents whose children have mental health struggles like anxiety, depression, isolation, self-harm, suicide ideation and attempts. It is Tina’s passion to support carers and caregivers in the area of levelling up their skills to manage ADHD, SEN and mental health concerns.

Parents and educators who listen to Tina often feedback that her presentations are engaging and easily understandable. They benefit from listening to her relevant examples and explanations which help make the concepts taught more applicable.
