Day Before (Sept 4th) Event Set-Up (5-8 volunteers able bodied men or women) - 6 PM Arrival

Food Prep - Arrival 10 AM

Food Prep - Arrival 2 PM

Ticket Booth (2 volunteers per night) | - 4:30 to 7:15pm

Sweepstake Ticket Seller 4:30 PM Arrival

Food Servers (3 volunteers per night) - 4 PM Arrival

Table Clearers/ Kitchen Helper (3 per night) - 8:30 PM Arrival

Event stage and lighting take down. Time flexible - help needed after September 8th
