UCD Festival 2018 - Volunteering application form
Thanks for your interest in volunteering to help make the 2018 UCD Festival a success.

The UCD Festival is our largest public engagement event. On Saturday, 9 June 2018, we will welcome 16,000 visitors to campus for free events in science & innovation, arts & humanities, technology, business, health and well-being activities-- showcasing the best and the brightest of the UCD community!

Behind the scenes, over 500 people will work in collaboration to make this year's event the most exciting, diverse and vibrant yet.

We will need people to:
• Encourage people in the local area to come along to the Festival
• Set-up, decoration and pack down the Festival site
• Welcome and direct exhibitors to festival areas
• Meet, greet and orientate public visitors
• Assist UCD Festival staff, demonstrators and speakers
• Be social media ambassadors on the day
• Act as lecture stewards
• Staff information points around campus
• Evaluate and capture feedback from the day

Volunteering at the Festival is a great way to meet students, alumni, faculty and staff, while connecting with the UCD community.
