Disney Orchestra Chaperone Interest

  • Chaperones will be required to complete all PUSD volunteer clearances needed to chaperone, if not done so already.
  • Chaperones will be responsible for attendance of a group of students at various times of the day, as well as going backstage with students to prepare for concert. Duties may include helping to unload trailer, assisting students, communicating with Disney staff and following their instructions.
  • Usually chaperones ride the bus to Disney, but if space is a problem, we may ask chaperones to drive separately.
  • Chaperones are provided a complimentary ticket to the park from Disney.
  • Chaperones are not permitted to bring younger children backstage with the orchestra.
