A free Mahopac Public Library card is available to all people who live, work, own property, or attend school in Mahopac.

Persons 14 years of age or older,*  can fill out and submit the form below and within 2-3 business days you will receive an email with your library card number and temporary PIN. This library card number and PIN can be used to access all of our e-Library including eBooks, downloadable audio books, streaming videos, and databases without having to come to the Library!

*Parents or legal guardians can complete this form for children under 14.
