Landowner Interest Form for Wetlands Enhancements
Qualifying criteria:
  • Property located in Cumberland County

  • Contains a body of water (stream, pond, spring) within a floodplain

  • OR a low area/ditch that holds water or occasionally floods

  • The existing water feature is impaired and could be improved

After form submission you can expect to hear back within 30 days. 

Enrolled project sites will enter a 15 year agreement that the landowner will keep the project as an enhanced wetland.
