Policies:
Tuition is due in the form of cash, check, or electronic payment via Venmo or Zelle upon registration. Please make checks payable to The Ballet Studio Carmel.
Students should be picked up no later than 5 minutes after their scheduled camp ends and should not be dropped off more than 10 minutes early.
Siblings of students may not be left unattended at The Ballet Studio. Please keep your other children with you during class time.
Camps must have a minimum of 5 students enrolled or students may be asked to move into a comparable class with adequate enrollment.
The Ballet Studio (Ashley Thibodeau) is not responsible for any injuries incurred during class or while on the property.
By signing this form, you agree to the use of you or your child’s image on social media and the internet for promotional purposes. Please let The Ballet Studio know if you would NOT like your child’s photo posted on social media or if you have any questions/concerns about this.
Dress Code:
Ballet students will wear any color leotard, tights, and (pink) ballet slippers. Students are also welcome to wear ballet skirts. Hair should be pulled back from the face. Boys can wear black tights or dance pants with a T-shirt and black ballet slippers.
Pre-Ballet students may wear any color leotard and tights and pink ballet slippers. Boys can wear shorts and a t-shirt with black ballet shoes.
Adult Ballet students may wear whatever they like!
