This is the application form of the event, the 6th Japanese Language Festival,  organized by the Dutch Association of Japanese Language Teachers (Oranda Nihongo Kyoshikai = ONK) and Japan Fans (Utrecht)

What is the Japanese Language Festival （日本語まつり？)

The Japanese Language Festival is a fun and vibrant event we've hosted five times since September 2023. It's all about giving Japanese language learners a chance to practice outside the classroom. We offer a range of activities like games, role-plays, and conversations tailored to different skill levels. These activities are led by our professional teachers and native Japanese-speaking volunteers.

This is only to estimate your level roughly so that we can allocate everyone to a suitable level group. You could change the group on the spot if you do not feel comfortable. 
In the case, you are not sure about your level, please check the following website page. You can read the descriptions of each level. You can also take a level test at the bottom of the page.
