🏆 Tournament Payment Policy 🏆

To save on fees, and to minimize delays getting started, please submit electronically in advance,  or no later than your IMMEDIATE arrival on Friday.  

💰 Refund Policy:
 • Full refund available if you withdraw at least 1 hour before the tournament start time.
 • After that, a $20 cancellation fee will apply.

🗓 Late Payment Fees:
• Friday, Nov 7: Add $5 per tournament for all who HAVE NOT at least, electronically pre-listed yourself or your team on this registration form by WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 5, 2025.
• Saturday, Nov 8: Add $10 per tournament for anyone who HAS NOT paid.
