1. This form is for any student enrolled in a course who wants to re-enrol in a unit/s.
2. This form should be completed in full, along with payment details - a copy of payment receipt must be emailed to accounts@icae.edu.au. This form will not be processed if payment has not been received. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
Note: The fee per unit for re-enrolling is $250 per unit.
