RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT 
Please fill out the form below to RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL your appointment so we can get back to you as soon as possible with options to move forward. 

We require 72hrs in order to reschedule or cancel your appointment and you may only reschedule twice, otherwise you forfeit your deposit and you will need to make a new one to secure a new appointment. NO CALL-NO SHOW will result in your deposit being forfeited. Failure to fulfill your appointment (e.g. You have a sunburn, You are forced to leave before getting your tattoo, you change your mind and walk out, etc) will result in your deposit being forfeited, this includes applying numbing cream without Adriana’s knowledge or consent.

If you have canceled or postponed your appointment for whatever reason (we get it, life happens) your deposit will only remain on file for up to 1 year after your appointment date. That means you have 1 calendar year from that date to reschedule your appointment before your deposit gets forfeited.

Under absolutely NO circumstance will your deposit be refunded.
