Please fill out this form and let us know if you're interested in your student being a part of our program! This form allows us to determine how many applicants we have, as spots are limited to 60.

**Please remember that tennis and access to student Skywards are a REQUIREMENT for this program. If a student refuses to participate or share their login information, they will be placed on probation with potential to be removed from the program. **

Students must ride the bus* from their school to AIM with the exception of **Gainesville High School, A. Quinn Jones and NCF Charter** 

Students must have transportation as AIM is limited in our ability to pick up students.

Acceptance notifications will be sent via email by August 13. 

A MANDATORY parent meeting to meet staff and fill out paperwork will be held on August 18th, 6:30 PM. Please plan to be in attendance with proof of income, Kinship Care or adoption paperwork. Birth certificates are NOT required. 

Details of the meeting location will follow upon acceptance.
