1/2 Day Snack Sale Order Form

For our next half day snack sale (and the last one) on June 18th, the HSA will be offering a Panther Paw cookie made by one of our own Hillview parents (Sweet Impressions), a Panther Paw gluten free cookie made by Defying Gravitea and mini chocolate chip cookies from Made Good, as an Allergy Friendly Option.                   

How To Order and Pay

Fill out the form below and send a Venmo payment to @Hillview-HSA or send in cash/check made payable to Hillview HSA. If you choose to fill out a google form then you do not need to fill out a hard copy. It's one or the other, but please complete at least one of them in addition to payment. Additionally, If payment is not received by 6/10order cannot be fulfilled.


Take Home Treat 

Only one snack per student is allowed, however, parents have the option to purchase additional Panther Paw cookies for students to take home with them as a take home treat. They will be sent home with the eldest child.

Prices

Panther Paw cookie option: 1 for $5.00

Panther Paw gluten free option: 1 for $6.00

Allergy Friendly cookie option: 5 mini chocolate chip cookies for $1.50

Deadline to order is June 10th!

*There will not be any drinks available to order or snacks available for purchase on the 18th. Snacks will be delivered to the classrooms while the students are at the talent show. If you have any questions or concerns please email the HSA. hvhsasecretary@gmail.com.
