This form is time stamped. tickets will be offered in the order submissions are received.
General Admission (Show Only): $30.00 per ticket
Show and Dinner:$75.00 per ticket

If selected, you will be contacted within 48 hours. Once contacted, you will have 24 hours to complete payment to secure your tickets.

Payments may be made by:
*Venmo to Spalding Community Club
* Dropping off a check to Amanda Ray

If payment is not received within 24 hours, tickets will be offered to the next person in line.
