Is your project managing adaptively?
Adaptive Management enables practitioners to be effective, by learning and adjusting - building on strategies that are working, and changing strategies that are not. How do you know whether you are ready to manage adaptively, and indeed whether you are doing it in practice? DCED has designed a self-assessment checklist to help you answer these questions!
Join us on this webinar to hear about the checklist, and the experience of David Slane in adaptive management and in using the checklist. David is Chief of Party of IFDC’s Resilient Efficient Agribusiness Chains (REACH) project in Uganda. REACH Uganda works using the market systems approach to improve availability of agricultural support services in the rice and potato value chains.
The checklist can be accessed here:
We would like to use this webinar to get your feedback, so that we can further develop the approach.
Speakers: David Slane (REACH Uganda) and Nabanita Sen Bekkers (DCED Secretariat)
