Contact information
In order to properly transition the association into this new technology, we need to confirm all owner and renter contact information. This information will only be used to update and confirm our databases, and will not be made public or visible to anyone outside the association office. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to email Virginia Arguelles (who is coordinating this transition) at WT600.VirginiaArguelles@gmail.com

This form consists of four sections of up to 25 questions, and should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. The first section holds three general questions about the apartment. The second section holds questions about the primary owner of the apartment (i.e. the person listed on the deed). The third section offers an opportunity for you to register a second owner, or a company/family member that manages the apartment communication. Lastly, the fourth section holds questions regarding renters in your unit. If your unit is not a rental, you will not be prompted to fill out those questions.
