This feedback form is for any suggestions or comments relating to any aspect of your experience of Open Barbers. The feedback will be read by Toddy and/or Greygory. All feedback is anonymous unless you choose to share your contact details with us.

If you feel that you need to make a formal complaint, we have a complaints procedure, and a copy of this is available to read in the salon, and also on our website. It details how we deal with complaints and signposts the external bodies you can contact if you feel the complaint has not been dealt with sufficiently by us. Greygory is the person who usually deals with complaints made in this way, however you can also approach Toddy if she is your preferred option.

Your feedback is read and considered as part of our ongoing development of the space. If you choose to disclose your name on the feedback, we may contact you to let you know what we plan to do, or to ask any follow up questions.  You can also provide a way for us to contact you if you want us to reply directly.
