If you feel that you need to make a formal complaint, we have a complaints procedure, and a copy of this is available to read in the salon, and also on our website. It details how we deal with complaints and signposts the external bodies you can contact if you feel the complaint has not been dealt with sufficiently by us. Greygory is the person who usually deals with complaints made in this way, however you can also approach Felix if he is your preferred option.
