National Outreach Coordinator Application
As the National Outreach Coordinator (NOC), you’ll work with our Field Organizers, individual activists, and State Advocacy Coordinators to expand STAND’s presence by strategically engaging existing human rights constituencies in communities where STAND does not currently have a presence, and leveraging national campaign opportunities to turn contacts into fully-engaged members of the student-led atrocities prevention movement. We want STAND activists to spread the word about genocide prevention pressure their Congresspeople to take action in as much of the country as possible, and you can help us achieve this. If you’re a people person passionate about atrocities prevention and leadership development, this is the role for you!


* Note: MC Members should expect to spend an average of 10 hours per week in their role, and all MC members are expected to attend two (expenses-paid) retreats in Washington, DC in summer 2017 and winter 2018 for training, bonding, and campaign planning! Applicants should be prepared to attend weekly MC Calls and weekly Programmatic or Outreach Calls, based on position. *
