Spring 2021 Housing Contract Cancellation Form
Students who are returning to their room for the Spring 2021 semester and are not requesting any changes, DO NOT need to fill out this form. Your room charges will be assessed to your student account along with tuition and other fees as normal
Student who are not returning may receive a refund for their housing deposit in January 2021. Cancellations must be submitted by December 1, 2020 to receive a full deposit refund minus any fees owed to Murray State University. Please note that refunds are disseminated by the Bursars Office.

Contract Cancellation and Liquidation Fee Process:
Students requesting to cancel their housing contract for Spring 2021 semester will need to complete the form below. Please know that there are specific requirements to cancel the housing contract. Students not meeting the housing cancellation requirements will be provided on-campus housing accommodations and charged a housing fee for Spring 2021 semester.
Students meeting the housing cancellation requirements may be assessed a liquidation fee applied to the student account. The housing cancellation fee is 25% of the cost of your housing for Spring 2021 semester.
