Met dit formulier kun je een team inschrijven voor het volleybaltoernooi van Tamar en Nuvoc. Deelname aan het toernooi kost € 25,- per team. Een team mag bestaan uit alleen mannen, alleen vrouwen, of gemixt en bestaat uit 6 tot 10 deelnemers.
De inschrijving is compleet als je het inschrijfgeld en eventuele kosten voor de lunch (€ 6,- pp) en barbecue (€ 12,50 pp) hebt overgemaakt.
Je kunt het geld overmaken naar het rekeningnummer NL53 RABO 0147 9848 23 ten name van Volleybalvereniging Tamar.
