EMPOWER requires an 11-hour commitment over the course of the school year. All sessions are from 8:30am – 10am and are held at Weld RE-4 schools or facilities.

EMPOWER is Weld RE-4’s formal training program designed to engage citizens in the work of the school district. Over the course of the school year, EMPOWER participants engage in sessions led by district leaders. Sessions will cover topics such as district finance and operations, classroom instruction, technology, and exceptional student services. Please tell us briefly about your interest in participating in the EMPOWER program.
