The Outstanding Young Leader Award is to recognise and celebrate a young staff member (25 and under) who has gone above and beyond to contribute to the goals of the YMCA.

This award recognises someone who has shown leadership in their role, delivers high quality work, and demonstrates innovation.

Any young person who fulfills all the following criteria is eligible for nomination:
• Is working as an employee or volunteer for YMCA of the Northern Territory
• Is aged 25 years or under
