Acknowledgement of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in the Christmas light display involves certain risks, including but not limited to, slips, trips, falls, and potential injury from weather or property. I fully understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this activity, including any risk of personal injury, death, or property damage."

"2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge the organizers, their officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, for any injury, property damage, or death that may occur as a result of my participation in the Christmas light display, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise." 

"3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organizers and their officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from my participation in the Christmas light display. This includes, but is not limited to, any claim made by a third party for injuries or damages caused by my actions or negligence."
