Lunch Pre-Order for Nov. 1 - Nov. 6
The following procedures will be in place for both in-person and remote students through the end of December 2020.

In-Person Students
• Each day students will choose whether or not to receive a lunch.
• Lunches will be distributed to students at the end of the school day.

Full Remote / Oak Prairie Hybrid / Non-D92 Children 18yrs and under.
• All lunches need to be pre-ordered by the end of day Friday for the following week.
• Daily pick up procedures.
• Pick up lunches daily between 12:15 pm - 1:15 pm. at Oak Prairie Junior High, 15161 S Gougar Rd, Homer Glen, IL 60491.
• Pull into the Oak Prairie circle drive and have your child’s name displayed where it is visible. Please remain in your car as you proceed through the drive-thru. Student lunches will be handed to you by our food service staff.

PLEASE NOTE - Do not pre-order for any student that is IN-PERSON learning. They will be counted in their morning class and will receive their lunch at the time of dismissal.

Wednesday - Number of child lunches
Thursday - Number of child lunches
Friday - Number of child lunches
PLEASE NOTE: Students in-person will select to receive a lunch in class and will be given their lunch at dismissal.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
