Payment, confirmation and refund policy
You have a definite place in the course once you’ve filled out this form, received a confirmation letter and paid the deposit of 200 USD per module. The deposit will be subtracted from the total fee of the course and we’ll send you an invoice when we’ve received this form.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and the full payment must be received 2 weeks prior to course start unless we agree otherwise.
We hope no obstacles will come in the way for your participation, may the journey be smooth and easy! However, we can never know what the future brings and if something happens that you do not have a say over, like sickness, we have the following refund policy:
If we can fill the spot with another participant then we will give you full refund including deposit but excluding transactional fees.
If not, then:
Up to 3 weeks prior course start: Full fee back except the deposit
3 weeks prior and up to course start: 80% back of the fee except the deposit.
Another option is to keep your spot for the following year and take the course then, but to current price of that year. We can not 100% guarantee that the course will happen again next year even though that is the plan.
