Taraji P. Henson and The Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation are thrilled to extend an invitation to the Human Centric: Can We Talk? Youth Symposium & Joy Salons, in partnership with District 8 Council Member Ed Burroughs, Taraji P. Henson and The Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation.

Celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month, get ready for a full day of creativity and wellness! Middle and High-School students and families in PG County will dive into hip-hop therapy, poetry, live art, filmmaking, dance, garden pop-ups, fitness challenges, and Joy Salons which include FREE HAIR CUTS AND MASSAGES.

There’s truly something for everyone. BLHF Founder Taraji P. Henson and special guests Actor Michael Rainey Jr. ("Power") and Author/Therapist Dr. Jay Barnett will be dropping gems you don't want to miss. Come connect, create, and celebrate!
