Thank you for your interest in our work.

Our members are also our shareholders, and you can become a member shareholder for as little as £1. You can also buy more shares than that, which we welcome, and will use for future land purchases. Please note however  that, regardless of the number of shares you hold, you will only have one vote. Also, at present, your share is only withdrawable at the discretion of the Board, and does not accrue any interest.

I wish to apply for membership of the Scottish Farm Land Trust and agree to support and promote the Objects of the Society, as well as to be bound by its Rules and Member Commitment. This states: "Members agree to participate in general meetings and take an active interest in the operation and development of the Society and its business. Members have a duty to respect the confidential nature of the business decisions of the Society."
