Request for Authorization (CACT)

Thank you for your interest in contacting us. To request authorization to access the network of the Centers of Art, Culture, and Tourism (CACT) for prospecting purposes, photo sessions, and/or other recordings, it is necessary to complete all fields in this form.

Application Deadlines

• Filming with basic requirements: Applications must be submitted at least 10 business days in advance.

• Filming with complex requirements: If the activity involves large crews, advanced technical needs, or special coordination, the application must be submitted at least 20 business days in advance.

Review and Approval Process

• Initial review: We verify the availability of dates and spaces, ensuring that the activity aligns with the values and image of the CACT.

• Internal coordination: Relevant departments, including the on-site staff present during the activity, will be informed and coordinated.

• Executive approval: Once the above steps are cleared, the process continues with the executive signature of the Counselor of the Centers of Art, Culture, and Tourism (CACT).

• Final communication: We confirm the activity details with the applicant, address any queries, and deliver the authorization, including the conditions of access.

Applicable Legislation

The activity shall be governed by Law 11/2019, of April 25, on the Cultural Heritage of the Canary Islands, particularly Articles 71 and subsequent, as well as the Statutes of the Centers of Art, Culture, and Tourism of Lanzarote and all applicable legislation under the Spanish Legal System.

Privacy and Personal Data Protection

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we inform you that the data provided will be processed under the responsibility of EPEL-CACT to manage your request. This data will be retained for the duration of the administrative process and any associated liabilities.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability, erasure, restriction, or objection by sending an email to lopd@centrosturisticos.com with the subject "Data Protection" and attaching a copy of your ID. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. If you provide third-party data, you must inform them of these terms beforehand.
