DISCOVERY FIELD TRIP REGISTRATION
Field trips to an El Dorado County farm lead youth towards connecting with food, health, and the environment through seasonal growing cycles via their local environment.

Discovery Field Trip registration fee is $275 per classroom per academic year. The fee includes:
- Fields of Learning Coordinator to perform logistical coordination between the teacher and the farmer.
- Field trip that includes farmer walk/talk and a minimum of two hands-on educational stations, seasonal produce sampling (i.e. apple), and snack
- Access to and consulting on additional resources and lesson plans to continue farm lessons back in the classroom

I understand the registration fee of $275 payment is expected prior to my scheduled field trip.

Payment Terms and Conditions
Failure to remit payment may result in registration cancellation.
Fees may be mailed EDC AITC, PO Box 522, Shingle Springs, CA 95682
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to first field trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 8-30 days prior to the event will receive 50% refund.
Cancellations 7 or less days prior to the event is responsible for 100% of fee payment. No refund will be issued.
Cancellations must be received by El Dorado County Ag in the Classroom in writing.
I understand that myself, students, and chaperons are aware and assume the risks associated with the Discovery Field Trip Program and waive and release any and all claims against El Dorado County Ag in the Classroom and it's farm partners.

I will ensure my students have completed field trip forms, will retain those forms, and follow our school and district protocol with regards to field trips and the inherent liability there in.
